Lee Ann has been assisting clients in real estate transactions for over 17 years.. Originally licensed in N.C., Lee Ann has successfully guided hundreds of clients through the complexities of buying and selling real estate in various geographical locations and complex market conditions. A native of Pennsylvania, Lee Ann has lived in Chester County since 1990 and is a product of The Shipley School, Ursinus College and St. Mary's University.  Lee Ann specializes in residential sales and listings, luxury properties, relocation, and negotiation as well as unique and historic properties.
